Every new user gets 30 free session credits to explore the platform. Once they run out, purchase a Basic, Plus, or Pro plan to keep going.
Credits are used each time you create or join a live audio session. They never expire on a monthly cycle. Use them at your own pace, whenever you like.
We offer three plans: Basic (30 credits), Plus (60 credits), and Pro (120 credits). All are one-time purchases with no recurring billing until you choose to top up.
Refunds are not available as credits are given immediately. If you have a technical problem connecting to a session, our team will help you fix it so you can use your credits.
Go to your profile in the app, open settings, and choose delete account. This will completely remove all your information from our system.
Bans are permanent and issued for serious violations such as abuse, hate speech, or spam. Banned accounts are not eligible for any credit or subscription refunds.
