By accessing or using SpeaGrow, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not meet the age requirement or do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
SpeaGrow is currently in an Early Access phase. We reserve the right to restrict access to the platform and do not guarantee global availability for all users. Access is granted based on an application process, and we reserve the sole discretion to approve or revoke access at any time without prior notice.
SpeaGrow operates on a credit-based subscription system. Users choose from various plans that award specific quantities of Session Credits. These credits are consumed when creating or joining audio sessions.
Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate allocation of session credits, we do not offer refunds once a user has subscribed to a plan.
Exception: If you encounter a technical bug preventing you from creating a session or joining a session, our support team is dedicated to fixing the issue promptly to ensure you receive the full value of your purchase.
Users are responsible for their own conduct in live sessions. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate our Community Guidelines. Banned users are not eligible for refunds for any remaining credits or subscription time.
The SpeaGrow brand, logos, and software are the proprietary property of Opegl. You may not replicate or reverse engineer any portion of the platform.
